Some people find it is helpful to write down their thoughts so they can see them on paper.

4) If you really like someone tell them. There is nothing wrong with being open and honest with someone. If they are a person who is worth your time they will either respond in a positive manner or they will politely decline your offer. No matter what if you are open and honest they will know how you feel.
